By region

Where your dram comes from.

Islay

Peat smoke, sea salt, iodine — the boldest, most maritime malts.

Speyside

Sherry and bourbon casks; dried fruit, honey and gentle spice.

Highland

The broadest region — heather, orchard fruit and a little smoke.

Lowland

Light, grassy and floral; classic aperitif malts.

Campbeltown

Briny, oily and complex from Scotland's old whisky capital.

The Islands

Skye to Orkney — smoke, pepper and sea air.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How many single malts do you carry?

Our list runs to roughly 200 single malts (count to confirm) across all six Scotch regions, plus Japanese and American single malts and an old-and-rare reserve.

What is a tasting flight?

A flight is three half-pours built around a theme — Islay peat, sherry cask, or a Highland journey — so you can compare styles side by side with notes from our staff.

I'm new to whisky. Where should I start?

Tell us a flavor you enjoy — sweet, smoky, light — and we'll pour to match, or set you up with an approachable flight. No experience required.

Do you serve whisky neat only?

However you like it: neat, with a drop of water, or over a single large rock. We'll never judge how you take your dram.
